When I found myself in a position where I needed to either find a new house to rent or look into buying a home I planned to just rent because that's what I thought I had to do. Claudia encouraged me to look into buying and I truly thought it was pointless. With her encouraging I called the bank and learned that home ownership was in my reach. Claudia did an amazing job at sending me houses to look at and was always available to go look at houses as soon as the home owner gave us the ok. While looking at houses she helped my consider things that I may not have thought about but never once pressured me into making a decision. Once I found my dream house we acted fast and put in our offer. Unfortunately the market was tight and the homeowners accepted another bid. However Claudia encouraged me to sign the papers saying I had the official backup offer. Again, I felt it was pointless. Well needless to say I write this review today from the exact house. The offer fell through and Claudia worked diligently to make my dream come true. She was prompt with all of the paperwork and guided me through a process I knew nothing about. Never did she make me feel inadequate and more than anything she empowered me. I couldn't ask for a more smooth process and I know it was because of her professionalism, knowledge and ability to network. Thanks to Claudia my kids and I are loving our new home and excited for this new chapter in our life!
