Mark saw a young couple with a modest budget and showed us how far we could really go. He took everything that we said we wanted in a house and gave us even more. Mark was able to talk to us in a way that we understood and answered every single question we had, and we had A LOT of questions. Mark had opportunities to sell us on houses but politely told us that the house was not going to be sustainable in the long run. It made me appreciate his integrity and that he truly was looking out for us as buyers. I would recommend Mark to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a home. Mark makes buying a home a hopeful process when it can sometimes be draining. Buying a house isn't always graceful and sometimes, your heart gets broken. Mark was always there to pick you up and help you move onto something better when a deal fell through. Mark's compassion and optimism gave us the hope to keep looking for our home! In this process, we found a beautiful home but we also feel like we made a friend.

Cynthia knows how to sell and uses a number of ways to make the sale easy and finds the right buyers and treats all folks with respect and understanding.
