Many homes in the area looked good on paper and in photos, but upon viewing didn't work out for various reasons. Tom kept telling us to be patient and that we'll find the right home, and we did. Our "new" residence ultimately checked all the boxes and we couldn't be happier in our new home and neighborhood. We hadn't purchased a home in 30 years and we were extremely thankful that Tom was patient with us during the process. Being from the Chicago area, Tom checked on listings when we couldn't come into South Bend and worked hard to get us multiple showings when we did come into town.
