I was looking for a realtor who had experience and knowledge and I knew that Shirley had both. That's why I chose Shirley. She was very helpful during the whole process of buying a house. She knew the lending agent and sent me his way. She knew several different people who helped along the way. From inspectors, contractors, lending agents, even right down to the moving company she knew where to send me to. I appreciate all of the extra things that Shirley did. She even had a cleaning gal do a COVID clean of the house. That was extra that she didn't even have to do- and it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Shirley as an agent. She was great to work with ? I would use Shirley again if I ever had the need for a realtor.

We are in our 60's and lived in the same house for 23 years. The thought of moving was scary and overwhelming. Ruth took the time to talk to us, get to know us and was very supportive. She was always communicating with us. There were times she would give us a call just to make sure we were ok. Ruth was always prepared, she had a list of people we could choose from when we needed a house inspector, roofer, electrician, movers ect. We down sized our house and needed to get rid of extra furniture, that was no easy task because of Covid-19. Ruth found us an agency that was happy to come get the furniture. They gave the furniture to a needy family. We feel like Ruth really cared about us and was always looking out for our best interest. She is now in the process of selling our old home and we are confident that she will again do a great job. Ruth is not just our realtor she has become our friend. Her name is being added to our Christmas card list!! We had a great experience with Ruth Hutt/Cressy & Everett-South Bend. We were concerned about buying a house during the pandemic. We never once had to go to the office, we signed all documents electronically and Ruth made sure all safety measures were always in place. Ruth was always professional when negotiating and very knowledgeable. As I stated previously, Ruth was always prepared and always available when we needed her.

Appreciate excellent advice and reassurance! When we considered selling our house, we found the whole idea daunting and anxiety-producing. We read up on the process and asked advice from friends and family members. After having our house sold by Shawn, Miles, and Taylor; we found the whole process to be much less painful than we had imagined. Their professional preparations and handling of the advertising, interactions with prospective buyers, and closing was exemplary. We can't say that we didn't worry, but the team calmed our concerns by giving honest assessments and full explanations. They also corrected some significant erroneous ideas that we had picked up in our amateur research. We had heard that selling our house through a realtor would decrease our profit. This was not true for us as Shawn and her team found a buyer, who paid more for our house than what we thought possible. We are totally pleased with the work of Shawn and her team.
