Not trying to sound "sexist", but I think that fact that she and I are both women, we appreciated the different outlook on what you're looking for in a home/neighborhood, and communication skills, that we have - in comparison to men. We had an unsual situation with renters who had been staying in our house and he was also extremely patient dealing with the problems there. He went above and beyond helping me get my house sold.
