In this particular transaction she was both the sellers agent and the buyers agent. It's the first time I've worked with a realtor who represented both. I found her to be fair and equitable to both and to really go above and beyond with aspects of the sale that would make things easier for each party -- sometimes at her own expense. If you are selling or buying a home in South Bend, Lori is the one you want as your partner in that process. She knows the area well and has tremendous resources at her fingertips to tap into along the way. She really is one of the best in the area, if not THE best.
