She told me from the start that she would never sell me a house that she wouldn't sell to her kids. She always made me feel comfortable and excited about every showing we had. She knew what I was looking for and what I wasn't looking for. Her attention to detail on houses was exquisite. She knew the areas of the homes we looked at and always kept me up to date. She is the best! Shirley was always patient with me. It was almost like working with my mom when it comes to approachable and trustworthy. I wouldn't change a thing during my whole experience! My overall experience was made a lot easier than I thought, being a first time home owner. Everyone was patient with details I asked about and always answered the questions I had. I would do it all over again with Shirley Behm!
