Quinn Thurin was awesome. The best thing about Quinn was that he was impeccably honest. He never tried to convince us to buy a place in order to make a quick sale. To the contrary, he pointed out reasons why we might not want to buy a place. He told us things we didn't want to hear, which is an ideal quality in an agent. He was extremely accommodating in arranging for Zoom tours of houses because we were remote buyers (which I'm sure is a lot more work for a buyer's agent). He also knew everything about every neighborhood in South Bend, and he had tons of general knowledge about houses. We feel that we made the best choice of agent possible.

This was my first home I have ever purchased. When I met Bob for the first home showing we hit it off. We then discovered we know a lot of the same people, including my deceased step father who I adored. Once I found out we had connections that made it that much better dealing with him, he was knowledgeable and he was there with me and listened to my wants. I knew and everyone should know this you will not get all your wants unless you have an over abundance of money, I however did not so I was okay with that. I also knew that when I found my home it would be a feeling and sure enough the 7th house was the one. Bob was with me the whole step of the way, got me with Amy at Ruoff mortgage, who is also exceptional at her job and role in the process. Bob is polite, professional, responsive in communication, he in my opinion goes above and beyond! I would never use another! Even after I moved in he is still helping me when I call or text him.
