She knows her stuff, didn't screw around and cut to the chase. It was so appreciated. I really don't want to work with people who tell me what I want to hear. Her suggestions were well thought out, practical and conscious of effort, time and investment versus extraneous expense. She was there for every question and concern, inane and otherwise. Always calm and easy to be around. Immediately putting one at ease and feeling confidant and comfortable by her demeanor. She was there from start to finish and talked me off every ledge I encountered. I very much appreciated her and her skillset. She was highly recommended to me by several people I do business with. Mike Schade did an amazing job helping us sell my moms condo. Sadly we lost our mom to cancer and his kindness and professionalism helped to make the selling of her home easier. Since we live 3 hours away Mike was kind enough to call often, send pictures of updates, and even guided us to other professionals we needed to move forward with the process. For the closing process Mike worked his magic and set up for us to sign our closing paperwork in Indy versus traveling the 3 hours to Elkhart. This was an emotional time for us and Mike helped to make a difficult situation easier. I would highly recommend him to others!
