Lindsay did an analysis of our house and was very straight forward with what we could sell it for. She was thoughtful in how to adjust pricing if there weren't many showings in the first 10 days. She kept us up to date with any showings and verified with us so that we always had plenty of notice. Lindsay was great with helping us get the most we could for our home. Her strategy of lowering the price after just a few showings had me a little nervous, but she consistently calmed my nerves and made the process very smooth. There were a couple of items the buyer asked to fix prior to close. Lindsay shared her network of great people with us to get the work done quickly and at an affordable price.
